What’s Not Included
To ensure clarity and alignment, the following tasks are not included in my standard social media packages:
❌ Paid Advertising Campaign Management
(e.g., Facebook Ads, Meta Business Suite campaigns, PPC strategy) I can, however, create the advert graphic.
❌ 24/7 Community Management
While I can provide light engagement support, I do not offer full-time comment/DM moderation or crisis response monitoring.
❌ Sales or Customer Service Responses
I don’t handle order issues, refunds, or customer support through social media DMs or comments.
❌ Video Filming or On-Camera Reels
I do not appear on camera or film original video content; clients must provide raw video clips if they desire it.
❌ Platform Account Recovery or Technical Support
I do not handle issues like hacked accounts, banned posts, or login troubleshooting. These must be addressed through the platform’s support team.
